RO Water Treatment Chemicals

Antiscalants and membrane cleaners that prevent fouling, scaling and corrosion of RO membranes, extending membrane life and cutting operating cost.

RO Water Treatment Chemicals

RO water treatment chemicals are used in reverse osmosis systems to prevent fouling, scaling and corrosion of the membrane. Our range covers antiscalants and both acidic and alkaline membrane cleaners.

Antiscalants increase the solubility of scale-forming ions — calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, calcium fluoride, silica, magnesium sulphate and other magnesium ions — so the membranes at the heart of your RO system stay free of scale and work for longer at reduced operating cost.

Membrane cleaning chemicals are formulated to react only with deposits, not with the membrane material. The acidic grade removes carbonate scale, while the alkaline grade dissolves silica, oils, waxes, metallic fines and organic fouling. The two are designed to be used in combination.
